Made from the classic sparkling blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, Carrington Vintage Brut is a very pale straw colour with vibrant green tints, a fine gas bead and persistent mousse.
The nose is delicate, fresh lemon citrus aromas enhanced with an appealing yeast background. The palate is soft, elegant, lemony flavours with generous length and a crisp acid finish.
