Hardys Black Bottle Brandy has been awarded 18 Gold Medals and 2 Trophies over the last decade. Distilled using the traditional double pot distillation method, this brandy is a blend of many individual components, each of which have been matured in oak casks for a minimum of two years. A delicate yet complex spirit which can be enjoyed either straight or with ice.
Grape variety: Colombard 65%, Doradillo 30% and Trebbiano 5%

Tasting Notes: A mid amber coloured brandy, with a round and mellow bouquet showing subtle vanillin characters from oak maturation combined with delicate chocolate and spice. On the palate it is smooth and round with complex characters of vanillin and lifted spice.

Winemakers notes: This brandy has been matured for up to 3 years in 5-10 year old French and American oak.
