Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in colour with a slight lime green hue, this wine displays lifted and intriguing aromas of white flower blossoms with hints of lime and subtle dried, crushed herbs. This delicate wine displays a myriad of flavours on a fine but succulent palate. Fresh citrus, hints of passionfruit and highlights of frangipani interplay with minerally acid to make this a complex, well integrated wine that will reward careful cellaring.

Winemakers Notes: Tasmanian Riesling represents a new style of Australian wine, with fine but tight acidity balanced with residual sugar to make a more European style of white wine.
